Product Functions

1. Distribution Apparatus Protection: Specifically designed to protect both single-phase conventional/self-protected transformers (up to 500 kVA) and three-phase equipment (up to 1500 kVA) from damaging overload currents and oil temperature rise.

2. Two-Fuse Protection Coordination: Ideal for series connection with an Eaton Cooper ELSP backup current-limiting fuse. The Bay-O-Net link reliably clears secondary faults and overload currents, while high-level faults are isolated by the backup CLF.

3. Economical Field Replaceability: Provides a highly reliable alternative to internal cartridge fuses, offering comparable cost advantages while allowing effortless field replacement without opening the main transformer tank.

2. Operator-Safe Hotstick Installation: No special tools required. Line personnel can safely remove the fuse cartridge holder from non-pressurized apparatus and perform quick re-fusing using a standard hotstick.
